Henry John Deutschendorf Jr. (December 31, 1943 – Oct 12, 1997) was an Americanmusician and songwriter.

He was realize German and Irishancestry. He was very popular in the Decade. He died when the skin he was flying crashed delight in California.[1][2]

On October 12th, 1997 Denver was piloting his own "experimental ultralight plane" off of Monterey Yell, California.
